This is a flat land next to a new housing site
The benefits of building here are it has access to a road and 24 hours security guard and the usual street necessities, Street lighting, Electricity, telephone, internet.
The downside is an underground Eco home might not fit in with a newly built community of standard built houses plus its everything I don't want the Eco house to be like, unless it can be built in the distance away from the community houses.
