This is a lovely spot
Great views of the beach from here, also I high un-obstructed location with a good flow of wind for Wind power ....
NO Road access ... I didn't see any for sale signs but it does look like private land (fenced off inside) so somebody somewhere would sell it if everyone here likes it.
Its nicely shaded as well the beach isn't as nice as down the road, its around reef here so rocky beach .. but still gorgeous
